This past year has flown by~~~~
Pre-Op weight : 315lbs
Day of Surgery Jan 13, 2009 – 300 lbs
1 year post op – 159 lbs
Total lost – 156 lbs
Loss since surgery – 141 lbs

Thank you to all my You Tube family for supporting through out this past year. I couldn’t have made it without you!!
2009 was a year of change physically
2010 will be a year of mental changes and stregth
