Recently, I went on a vacation, and when I got my photos back, I almost thought they gave me the wrong ones. Only seeing my husband next to me proved they were mine. I looked so heavy, I didn’t want to recognize myself, or admit that it was me in the photo. It was my “A –Ha Moment” for sure. I could not believe how I had let my weight get so out of control.

After trying most of the weight loss methods out there with little or no success, I realized that I needed something more powerful.
