Recently, I went on a vacation, and when I got my photos back, I almost thought they gave me the wrong ones. Only seeing my husband next to me proved they were mine. I looked so heavy, I didn’t want to recognize myself, or admit that it was me in the photo. It was my “A –Ha Moment” for sure. I could not believe how I had let my weight get so out of control.

After trying most of the weight loss methods out there with little or no success, I realized that I needed something more powerful. Don’t get me wrong: My willpower is strong, but the urge to eat was stronger. I’d tried Weight Watchers, but I didn’t have time to go to meetings and count calories. But surgery is invasive and comes with too many risks that I was not willing to take. And actually, since I only wanted to lose about 15 pounds, I wasn’t even a candidate for it.

In October I attended a PTA meeting at my son’s school and one of the other mothers there was telling the group about this new formula she had tried from RocaLabs. I went from a pants size 8 to a size 4. I have more confidence and self-esteem. I’m much healthier, I look better and I’m enjoying life a lot more. My results from the formula were all I needed to keep me motivated. Everyone who knew me when my weight was at 140 pounds has noticed the difference. Some friends who hadn’t seen me for a while don’t even recognize me now! I’m getting compliments on my looks from total strangers!

Not only do I look good, but I also feel healthier and have more energy. I’m finally able to keep up with my very active 5 year old! I’m no longer afraid of having my picture taken. For the first time in years I’m able to wear a bathing suit and look good in it!
