Why do we always … Why do we always look for the easy way out….If you don’t work out and eat right you can get all the surgery you want, but you’ll end up gaining that weight back….
How about instead … How about instead of getting your stomach hideously morphed you just stop eating and feeding your kids shit, eat healthy and excercise.
Fortunately I don’t … Fortunately I don’t have a weight issue…but I think that a remaining form of discrimination that the majority of society seems to accept is directed toward people who are obese. It’s still acceptable to mock, tease and put down people who are obese.
It must be great to be so perfect that it’s easy to point the finger and mock. I think if we showed more empathy, more understanding and less blame we might just be able to get to the source of the problem and solve it.
This should not be … This should not be available on the NHS, the statement “there are no other options” is ridiculous, the most obvious being that of self discipline, personal & collective responsibility. With such a lack of self discipline & responsibility being encouraged society on the whole will only deteriorate further. If it were drug addiction orientated they would not receive help from the system, indeed the NHS relies heavily on charities like Focus 12 or simply continue to feed the addiction with meds.

So taking …
So taking responsibility for your own wellbeing through diet and exercise isn’t an option, then?
