    the secret is to eat less carbs… and to eat carbs before 4pm. because after that time we burn less calories .
    eat more vegetables and meat…. no fried food…. and you’ll see you will lose weight. trust me :) kisses

    I’ve actually have similar problem, so I’ll tell you what found out today (I’ve haven’t personally tried it or anything)

    Today I was thinking of my liver, see the liver cleanses everything in the body it also filters fat and all the toxins that go in your body.
