I had a gastric … I had a gastric balloon inserted on November 5th, 2009. Today is March 2, 2010. I’m delighted that I’ve lost 45+ pounds since it was inserted but am bummed that I’ve been vomiting almost every day ever since (I throw up if I my portion size is much more than the size of 2 oreo cookies). Today an endoscopy informed me of esophageal ulcers and I now have to get the balloon removed 2 months early or risk developing cancer.
But… then again….maybe this is just my experience.
