You just took a … You just took a huge step in the right direction by admitting not only to yourself but to others that you need counseling help. Don’t ever be afraid to change therapists so you make sure you find the right one for you. One that you feel comfortable opening completely up with. I myself love my therapist and I feel sooo much better everytime I see her. She has really helped my self image and understand the person I used to be… Good luck girlie!!!
Thanks for sharing. … Thanks for sharing…glad you are going to therapy soon…it’s necessary for everyone post-op in my opinion. There are so many ups AND downs through this process, we all need help getting through it! I have developed somewhat of a cross addiction with running. I find the endorphins from running really does make me feel better, that is why I do it. But it doesn’t “cure” the food addict in me…that will always be there. Well, not sure if I am of any help but know I’m thinking of you!
Happy to see you. … Happy to see you. Get into therapy as soon as you can, preferably with someone who specializes in eating disorders. In the meantime, have you tried knitting, crochet, cross stitch… to keep your hands busy and, sometimes, your mind occupied, that is until exercise becomes your transfer addiction(like most of us are waiting for-LOL!)?
hey.. dont think … hey.. dont think that way.. you are BEAUTIFUL !! you have already come a long way.. your doing great.. i cant wait to be where you are,, lv ya.. ♥

@krazyk624 Also, … @krazyk624 Also, thank you for your honesty about your emotions, this is the first step. i dont know if you got my message with my phone number. Call me, we need to get together! Im here if you want to talk or hang out, whatever.
Hey jenn, I know … Hey jenn, I know exactly what you mean about teasing like “You know I look better than you!” its more sarcastic when you are big and although your intentions are still to be that way, they see you ACTUALLY looking better and I hear that some friends fear NOT being the prettiest one anymore. Now you are more competition, maybe they are a bit jealous. You DO look great! Keep it up change is a good thing, for every door that closes another one opens this includes love and friendship I believe.
I am thinking that … I am thinking that your situation MAY be the fact that before when you were heavier and you would “joke” about being prettier than your friends and they would laugh it off, they would take it as a joke and laugh with you and now that you are looking AWESOME and “joking” about being prettier or whatever they are NOW seeing you as a threat! and it isn’t YOU that is changing but it is THEIR perception of what you are saying that is changing??? I don’t know but that is what it sounds to me?
